The apartment:
The apartment (80m²) has 2 bedrooms, a living room/bedroom, a bathroom (including a washing machine), a kitchen with a dining area, and a guest room with a sofa bed. Everything you need in a WG is available.
The room:
The room (14m²) is very bright with 2 large windows and will be handed over unfurnished if you don't have any furniture yet you are welcome to use the sofa bed and some other furniture is not used like a table, a desk chair and a small closet.
Rent:
the rent is 350€ total + 600€ deposit
Location:
The building is only a 10 min walk from the S-Bahn station Gnigl and supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Next to the house is a river and a path which is super nice to go for a walk or a run. In addition, the hill "Heuberg" is right in front of the house and perfect for short hikes with a beautiful view over the whole city.
Transportation:
There is a bus station just 2 min from the house where O-bus number 4, 10 and 23 depart. You'll be in the old town within 10-15 minutes.
It takes 10 minutes to get to the highway by car.
The S-Bahn stations Gnigl and Sam are both about a 10 min walk from the house.
You will be living with Noah (24) who is working in a media agency and Caro (24) who just finished university. They are an easy going couple and chill to live with.
In the evenings we often hang out in the kitchen or living room, cook together, and have some beers. Friends and family are always welcome too. Our neighbors are super chill and we share a large garden in front of the house.
We mainly speak English but German also works perfectly fine.
Parking:
Parking is available along the main street and in the immediate neighborhood, but since last year you have to get a parking permit at the "magistrate", which costs 80€ for 2 years. But on weekends you can park for free in front of the house.
If you have a bike, moped, or motorbike, you can park it in our garage or driveway.
