Freisaal-WG-Haus sucht neue Mitbewohner*innen!
In der Freisaal WG sind zwei Zimmer frei und ab sofort beziehbar.
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage direkt bei Freisaal.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock und hat ca. 19m² mit Blick auf den Untersberg.
Es gibt wie genannt einen Garten, eine große Terrasse sowie viel Platz im Haus.
Die Wege in die Innenstadt sowie Uni sind sehr kurz, und das Freie liegt gleich vor der Haustür. Zum Bus gelangt man zu Fuß in 3 Minuten.
Wir sind drei interkulturelle, offene und engagierte Menschen (zB in einer Food Coop). Unsere WG ist familienfreundlich, und fördert gerne das gemeinschaftliche Leben, wobei jede*r auch viel Zeit und Platz hat, um sich zurückzuziehen.
Somit sind auch Familien willkommen, die sich vorstellen können in einer WG zu leben.
Die WG eignet sich aber auch gut für Musiker*innen, da es möglich ist zu Üben, es gibt auch ein Klavier. Weiters bietet ein Gemeinschaftsraum Platz, um handwerkliche bzw. künstlerische Arbeiten etc. umzusetzen - also eine Art Werkstatt/Proberaum.
Der große Garten, lädt zum Ausruhen, Verweilen, Fußball spielen, Gestalten oder Gärtnern ein.
