Da unsere langjährige Mitbewohnerin uns demnächst verlässt, suchen wir (Sarah, Simone und Jan) eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG. Wir studieren Molekulare Biologie, Geographie und Kunst/Germanistik.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 m2 groß.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist ca. 104 m² groß und befindet sich im 3ten Stock eines Wohnhauses (mit Lift) in der Paris-Lodron-Straße (am Ende der Linzer Gasse) und ist zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung gibt es um die Ecke.
Trotz der relativ alten Küche, haben wir alle Küchengeräte von unserem Vermieter, mit dem wir ein sehr gutes Verhältnis haben, erneuert bekommen. Wir besitzen einen Geschirrspüler, einen Induktionsherd, einen neuen Ofen sowie 2 Kühlschränke. Weiters haben wir uns eine Waschmaschine zugelegt.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch eine Abstellkammer. Auch ein Kellerabteil gehört dazu. Falls Bedarf besteht, gäbe es auch die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz anzumieten. Achtung: WG-Katze, Mr. Mi, läuft frei rum!
Der Preis hat alles inklusive! (Strom, Heizung, Internet, Miete und Betriebskosten!)
Der Mietpreis beträgt 290 Euro. Sowie 1058,99 Kaution, die beim Auszug rückerstattet werden.

Since our long-term roommate is leaving us, we (Sarah, Simone and Jan) are searching for a new one. We are studying Molecular Biology, Geography and Art/German.
The room is approx. 10 m2.
Dishwasher, oven, cooker and washing machine are all new. The flat has also two refrigerators, a boxroom, a cellular compartment and separated toilet/bathroom. There is the possibility to rent a parking space, if needed. There is a cat (Mr. Mi) also living with us.
The flat has a dimension of 104 m2 and is on the 3rd floor (with elevator). The flat is located at Paris-Lodron-Street (end of Linzer Gasse). Shops and public transport are around the corner. The flat is located quite in the center of Salzburg.
The price has all inclusive! (Current, Heating, Wifi-Internet, rent and operating costs!) The price is 290 Euro per month. There is also a deposit from 1059 Euro, which will be returned after moving out.
