Hi!
My namne is Annika and since I am going to Sweden for the summer I am renting out my room between 1st of July till 15th of August. (The starting and ending dates are flexible and could be discussed).
The flat is centrally located in the city district Schalmoos. Within 15 min walking you are at the Hauptbahnhof or in the Altstadt. Bigger supermarkets like Billa, Interspar and Lidl are just around the block. There is also a small garden belonging to the house where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the shade of the old big Walnut tree.
My dear flatmates, who are also included in the package, are Freddy from Germany, working within HR and climbing around in nature, and the two newly graduated doctors Dette and Sebastian, both from upper Austria and often to be seen in biking outfits.
Rent is 450 euro/month, including heat and internet. The rent could of course be adjusted to the length of your stay.
If you are interested just send me a message and we'll try to find a time for a viewing and a meeting together with me my flatmates. Either online or IRL. :)
