Ab sofort wird in unserer schicken Premium- Altbauwohnung ein Zimmer frei. Wir sind eine internationale 6er WG, am Rande der Salzburger Altstadt, ca 6 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten von der Linzer Gasse und Altstadt entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es also en masse.
Das Zimmer ist ca 15m2 groß. Es wird möbiliert übergeben. Es gibt keine Ablöse, und alle Möbel auf den Fotos könnten dir gehören. Unsere Wohnung hat zwei Stockwerke, eine große Küche mit Gefrierschrank, 2 Kühlschränken, eine Minibar/Abstellkammer, ein Heimkino und viel Platz. Außerdem hätten wir einen Parkplatz frei, den du nutzen könntest.
As of now, a room is available in our chic premium old building apartment. We are an international 6-person shared apartment, on the outskirts of Salzburg's old town, about 6 minutes walk from the main train station and 10 minutes from the Linzer Gasse and old town. So there are plenty of shopping possibilities.
The room is about 15m2. It will be delivered furnished. There is a transfer fee of 300 euros needed, and all the furniture on the photos could be yours. Our apartment has two floors, a large kitchen with a freezer, 2 fridges, a minibar/storage room, a home theater and plenty of space.
Lage
Der Hauptbahnhof Salzburg ist nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Ein SPAR (am Bahnhof), BILLA, Lidl und Hofer sind auch alle direkt in der Nähe, genauso wie das Mozarteum/Thomas-Bernhard Institut, die Linzergasse, Salzach und SEAD. Zur Uni Salzburg braucht es auch nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5-10 mit dem Fahrrad.
Salzburg's main train station is only a few minutes walk away. A SPAR (at the station), BILLA, Lidl and Hofer are also all nearby, as well as the Mozarteum/Thomas-Bernhard Institute, Linzergasse, Salzach and SEAD. The University of Salzburg is also only a 15 minute walk or 5-10 minutes by bike.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Truppe: Laura und Karo (23,22;Deutschland) studieren Kommunikationswissenschaft und Recht&Wirtschaft und gehen gerne Skifahren/Snowboarden. Laura arbeitet nebenbei in einem Verlag. Karo macht gerade ein Jahr Praktikum bei BMW. Alina (25, Swiss) macht gerade Praktikum bein RedBull
We are a very diverse group: Laura and Karo (24 ,23;Germany) study communication science and law&economics and like to go skiing/snowboarding. Laura works part-time at Porsche. Karo is currently doing a year of internship at BMW. Alina (25, Swiss) is doing internship at RedBull
Weil wir immerhin 6 Leute sind, solltest du sozial aufgeschlossen und kommunikationsfreudig sein. Natürlich kannst du dich jederzeit in dein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn wir dich mit unserem Gelaber nerven sollten. Ein Sinn für Sauberkeit & Hygiene wäre ebenfalls nicht schlecht, wir haben auch einen PUTZPLAN. Wir sind auf jeden Fall KEINE Zweck-WG und unternehmen gerne was zusammen, ob das jetzt gemeinsam in der Küche sitzen, spazieren, wandern etc. Karo und Laura freuen sich über jemanden, der gerne Snowboarden geht :) (Schick uns gerne dein Lieblingsmeme)

Because we are usually 6 people, you should be socially open-minded and communicative. Of course, you can always retire to your room if we should annoy you with our babble. A sense of cleanliness & hygiene would not be bad either, we also have a CLEANING PLAN. We are definitely NOT a purpose-built flat-share and like to do things together, whether that's sitting in the kitchen together, going for a walk, hiking, etc. Karo and Laura would love to meet someone who likes snowboarding :) (Feel free to send us your favorite meme)
