Zum 1. Februar wird mein Zimmer in der Arnogasse frei!
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben (Bett, großer Schrank, kleiner Schrank, Gardinen). Es hat zwei große Fenster, die auf den Innenhof blicken, sprich, bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein mit genügend Verstaumöglichkeiten (sollte es mal mehr sein, haben wir auch eine kleine Abstellkammer in der Wohnung).
Die Holzwand gibt dem Zimmer einen urigen Österreichischen Charme und zusammen mit dem warmen Licht, hab ich mich immer sehr wohl und gemütlich gefühlt, besonders zur Winterzeit :)

As of February 1, my room in Arnogasse becomes available!
The room is furnished (bed, large wardrobe, small closet, curtains). It has two large windows overlooking the courtyard, meaning it is very quiet with the windows open. The room is small but nice with enough storage space (if there should be more, we also have a small storage room in the apartment).
The wooden wall gives the room a quaint Austrian charm and together with the warm light, I have always felt very comfortable and cozy, especially in winter times :)
Die Wohnung liegt am Fuße des Kapuzinerberges. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle mit super Anbindungen in die Stadt/Makartplatz. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der Linzergasse.
Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß 14 Minuten entfernt und innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreicht man jegliche Supermärkte wie Billa, Europspar, Lidl und auch das Bauhaus.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 9 Minuten am Unipark Nonntal und in 6 Minuten in der Altstadt.

The apartment is located at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg. Directly in front of the door there is a bus stop with great connections to the city / Makartplatz. On foot you are within 5 minutes in the Linzergasse.
The train station is 14 minutes away on foot and within 10 minutes you can reach any supermarkets like Billa, Europspar, Lidl and also the Bauhaus.
By bike you can reach the Unipark Nonntal in 9 minutes and the old town in 6 minutes.
In der WG leben zwei super liebe und unkomplizierte Studentinnen: Sophie (24), Musikstudentin am Mozarteum und Lisa (22), Anglistik Studentin and der PLUS. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, alles kann, nichts muss. Die Küche ist der zentrale Treffpunkt um sich auf dem Laufenden zu halten und gemeinsam Abend zu essen (oft zufällig, hin und wieder auch geplant für lustige WG Abende).
Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon auf der Südseite mit Blick auf den Kapuziner Berg, auf welchem es im Sommer sehr sehr schön ist. Für Gäste/ oder die meiste Zeit für unsere Wäscheständer haben wir ein kleines, gemütliches Bügelzimmer. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner für jeweils 1Euro pro Benutzung. Im Haus gibt es einen Kellerabteil, ein abschließbaren Fahrradkeller, und Fahrradständer im Innenhof.

In the shared flat live two super nice and uncomplicated students: Sophie (24), music student at the Mozarteum and Lisa (22), English student at the PLUS. Our flat-sharing life is very relaxed, everything goes, nothing has to. The kitchen is the central meeting point to keep up with each other and have dinner together (often by chance, every now and then planned for fun WG evenings).
There is also a small balcony on the south side with a view of the Kapuziner Berg, on which it is very nice in the summer. For guests/ or most of the time for our laundry we have a small, cozy ironing room. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer for 1Euro each per use. In the house, there is a cellar compartment, a lockable bike cellar, and bike racks in the courtyard.
