Hallo,
Wir suchen eine/einen neuen Mitbewohner/in zum 1.1.2024. Wir sind eine internationale 5er WG mit Studenten und Berufstätigen.
Über fast 3 Jahre haben wir uns von einer Zweck-WG zu einer echt tollen, freundschaftlichen WG entwickelt in der regelmäßig zusammen Zeit verbracht wird.
Unsere WG besteht aus:
1. Katharina - BWL Studentin die gerne und oft ins Gym geht
2. Patrick - Medizinstudent an der PMU mit einer großen Fussballleidenschaft
3. Louis - Fremdsprachenassitent aus den USA
4. Felix - Koch in einem tollen Salzburger Restaurant
Wenn du Lust auf richtiges WG Leben in zentraler Lage mit tollen Mitbewohnern hast, freuen wir uns sehr auf deine Nachricht.
Gerne würde ich für schmales Geld das Sofa und den höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch für in Summe 500 Euro VB verkaufen. Alle anderen Möbel gebe ich kostenlos ab.
Zimmer: Das große und helle Zimmer mit 2 großen Fenstern ist von der Haupstraße weg gerichtet und dementsprechend sehr ruhig und leise. Die Möbel können größenteils kostenlos übernommen werden. Das Sofa und der höhenverstellbare Schreibtisch sind knapp 1 Jahr alt und in einem sehr guten Zustand, dementsprechend würde ich hierfür gerne eine Ablöse erhalten.
Lage: Direkt an der Salzach und in nur 15 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral. Bahnhof, Bus und S-Bahnstationen sind sehr nah und schnell erreichbar.

Hello,
We are looking for a new roommate for 1.1.2023. We are an international 5-person shared apartment with students and professionals.
Our WG consists of:
1. Katharina - business student who likes to go to the gym often
2. Patrick - medical student at the PMU with a big passion for soccer
3. Louis - foreign language assistant from the USA
4. Felix - cook in a great restaurant in salzburg
If you feel like living in a real shared apartment in a central location with great roommates, we are looking forward to hearing from you.
Gladly I would sell for narrow money The sofa and the height-adjustable desk for both 500 euros VB. All other furniture I give away for free.
Room: The large and bright room with 2 large windows is directed away from the main road and accordingly very quiet. The furniture can be taken over free of charge. The sofa and the height-adjustable desk are just under 1 year old and in very good condition, accordingly I would like to receive a transfer fee for this.
Location: Directly besides the Salzach and only 15 minutes walk from the city central. Train station, bus and S-Bahn stations are very close and quickly accessible.
