Zur WG gehören als Gemeinschaftsfläche eine neue und voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine Dusche und ein Wohn- bzw. Aufenthaltsbereich. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Wohnung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten und mit einem großen Fenster versehen. Eine gute Internetverbindung ist inbegriffen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Waschkeller mit zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockenraum.
The apartment is located in an approx. 100 year old villa in the center of Sandhausen, which extends over three floors. The shared flat includes a new and fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with bathtub, a shower and a living area. The room is located on the top floor of the apartment. It is spacious and has a large window. A good internet connection is included. The apartment has a laundry room with two washing machines and a drying room.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der S-Bahn-Halstestelle St. Ilgen/Sandhausen und dem Stadtzentrum in Sandhausen. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit guter Anbindung über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Richtung Walldorf (SAP) in die Region Karlsruhe/Bruchsal und Heidelberg (jeweils 1-2 Haltestellen).
Neben dem Lebensmittelmarkt Aldi und der Drogeriekette dm, die sich fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt befinden, ist auch ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß Rewe (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet) oder Lidl zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus befinden sich im Stadtzentrum von Sandhausen (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) der Lebensmittelmarkt nahkauf, Imbissläden, Bäckerein und weitere Geschäfte.
Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist die Autobahn A6 oder A5 super angebunden.
The apartment is located between the S-Bahn station St. Ilgen/Sandhausen and the city center in Sandhausen. It is located in a quiet residential area with good connections via public transport in the direction of Walldorf (SAP) to the Karlsruhe/Bruchsal and Heidelberg region (1-2 stops each).
In addition to the grocery store Aldi and the drugstore chain dm, which are 5 minutes away on foot, you can also reach Rewe (open until midnight) or Lidl in about 10 minutes on foot. Furthermore, in the center of Sandhausen (approx. 5 minutes on foot) you will find the grocery store nahkauf, snack stores, bakeries and other stores.
Within a few minutes the freeway A6 or A5 has excellent connections.
In dieser 9-Zimmerwohung wohnen derzeit drei Männer und sechs Frauen. Die Männerzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss der Wohnung. Hier befinden sich auch ihr Duschbad. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch die gemeinsame Küche und der Aufenthaltsraum. Und im Ober- und Dachgeschoss sind die Frauenzimmer verteilt. Hier wird das große Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und Badewanne sowie einem kleines separates WC von ihnen genutzt. Es ist eine sehr junge, freundliche und gut organisierte WG. Gelegentlich isst man gemeinsam zu Abend oder verbringt die Zeit gemütlich zusammen, jedoch ohne Zwang. Für dieses Zimmer wird ausschließlich nach einem männlichen Mitbewohner gesucht, d eines der Männerzimmer im Ergeschoss frei wird!
Three men and six womena are currently living in this 9-room apartment. The men's rooms are located on the first floor of the apartment. Their shower room is also located here. On the first floor there is also the common kitchen and the lounge. And the women's rooms are distributed in the upper floor and attic. Here they use the large bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a separate small toilet. It is a very young, friendly and well-organized shared flat. Occasionally, people eat dinner together or spend time together comfortably, but without any pressure. For this room we are looking exclusively for a male roommate, as one of the men's rooms on the ground floor is available!
