Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stuhaus in Sankt Augustin, mit Küche, Bad und einer kleinen Abstellkammer. Für Studierende der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg ist das Zimmer Ideal, da es bis zur Hochschule nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß sind.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man abends auf beiden Seiten gemütlich sitzen kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, aber keine Angst, es gibt einen Aufzug rauf ;-). Im Keller gibt es noch weiteren Stauraum.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe der Station „Sankt Augustin Zentrum“ (die Linie 66 fährt etwa alle Viertelstunde). Die Hochschule ist praktisch direkt neben dem Studentenwohnheim.
Zum Einkaufen lohnt sich ein kurzer Weg zum Huma, mit ALDI, EDEKA, etc.
Ein LIDL ist auch in der Nähe.
Hinter dem Studentenwohnheim ist eine große Grünfläche, die sich zum Spazieren oder Joggen anbietet.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Haustüre ebenfalls genug.
Dein Zimmer
Die Bilder geben da schon einen recht guten Überblick. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich möbliert.
WG-Leben
Dein neuer Mitbewohner heißt Julius (23) und studiert Maschinenbau. Bisher wurde in der WG häufig gekocht, oder abends zusammen ein Bier auf der Dachterrasse getrunken. Allgemein gilt aber: alles kann, nichts muss. Wenn man zwischendurch seine Ruhe braucht, ist das auch in Ordnung.
Flat
The flat is located in the Stuhaus in Sankt Augustin, with a kitchen, bathroom and a small storage room. The room is ideal for students of the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, as it is only a 2-minute walk to the university.
A special highlight is the roof terrace, where you can sit comfortably on both sides in the evening.
The flat is on the third floor, but don't worry, there is a lift up ;-). There is further storage space in the basement.
Location
The flat is close to the "Sankt Augustin Zentrum" station (line 66 leaves about every quarter of an hour). The university is practically right next to the student residence.
For shopping, it's worth taking a short walk to Huma, with ALDI, EDEKA, etc.. (there is also a LIDL nearby). There is a large green area behind the student residence that is ideal for walking or jogging.
There are also plenty of parking spaces on the doorstep.
Your room
The pictures already give a good overview. The room is comfortably furnished.
Shared flat life
Your new flatmate is called Julius (23) and is studying mechanical engineering. So far, people in the flat have often cooked or drank a beer together on the roof terrace in the evening.
