Wir suchen für unsere Wohnung in Schirmitz - 12 Fahrrad Minuten von der OTH entfernt- eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner *in. Preis liegt bei 260€ warm.
Ich bin 20 und Student OTH Wirtschaftspsychologie, mein Mitbewohner ist Roman 24 und studiert IB ebenfalls an der OTH. Wir ziehen ab 1.7 in die Wohnung und hätten noch 1 Zimmer frei. Falls du eine Wohnung suchst, Lust hast mit zwei netten Jungs zusammen zu wohnen und auch mal was zu unternehmen.... dann bist du genau bei uns richtig. Alter zwischen 18 und 25, männlich oder weiblich, .....
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Ortsrand, super gelegen, ist sauber, frisch gestrichen, hat eine große Küche und wir dürfen den Garten mitbenutzen. Fahrradschuppen ist vorhanden. Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Wir haben einen super netten Vermieter. Bei Interesse- kurze Beschreibung von dir - wäre schön.
