The flat is in Niederschelderhütte, which means that it is much closer to Niederschelden/Siegen than the main part of Mudersbach.
In 15 minutes you can walk to Niederschelden train station, the bakery and Lidl. The train reaches Siegen Hbf in 10 minutes. There are also bus connections from the street above the house.
In 20 minutes you can walk to the main street of Niederschelden, which has banks, a pharmacy, fast-food outlets and more.
There may be parking space in front of the house. Otherwise you can park on the street above.

From March 2024 I will mostly be away for work, possibly for up to a year. I will occasionally be in the flat on weekends and public holidays, and I may bring my cats with me. Therefore it's important that you like cats and aren't allergic to them.
I'm a vegetarian/pescatarian, but it's fine if you are not. I am looking for someone who is responsible, tidy and reliable.
Some kitchen equipment will be available but it would be great if you can bring your own. I'll create a weekly cleaning rota for the shared areas.
