The room is available to sublet. It is equipped with a table, chair, commode and bed with mattress. The room is attached with a small balcony, from where Weidenau ZOB and nearby areas can be clearly seen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Weidenau. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 Minute entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. REWE, MediaMarkt und diverse Restaurants sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus ist die Universität Siegen in 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkte Busverbindungen zur Universität wie C111 und C106 sind vorhanden.
The apartment is at the center of Weidenau. The bus station is only 1 minute away. The railway station is only 2 minutes away. REWE, MediaMarket and various Restaurants can be reached within 2 minutes. By Bus, University of Siegen is 7 minutes away. Direct bus connections to University such as C111 and C106 is available.
Die Wohnung wird von 5 Studenten und 1 Arbeiter geteilt. 4 Studenten einschließlich mir studieren an der Universität Siegen. Der 5. Student studiert Deutsch an der VHS. Es handelt sich nicht um eine zweckgebundene Wohngemeinschaft. Jeder kann in seinem Zimmer sein und bereit sein, zu plaudern, wenn er verfügbar ist.
The apartment is shared between 5 students and 1 worker. 4 Students including me study at the University of Siegen. 5th Student studies German at VHS. It is not a purpose built shared apartment. Everyone can be at their room and ready to chit chat when available.
