Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, allerdings hat die gesamte Wohnung 69qm, mit einer große Küche, einem Abstellraum und eine Art Wohnzimmer, wo man ein gemeinsames Fernsehen aufstellen könnte.
Die Küche ist neu und voll ausgestattet (Ceranfeldherd, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, etc.). Es gibt außerdem WLAN und eine Sat-TV-Antenne. Wie üblich in alten Fachwerkhäusern, sind die Decken nicht sehr hoch. In den Schlafzimmern ist Teppich, ansonsten Buchen-Laminat, in der Küche PVC und Fliesen im Bad.
Im Festpreis sind alle Kosten enthalten, auch für Strom, WLAN, Sat-TV und Rundfunkgebühren. Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten hinzu.
The room has got 16 sqm. The whole flat has got 69 sqm with a great kitchen and another common room, where you could place also a tv for both of you. The kitchen is fully furnished and has among the other usual things a ceramic glass cooktop, an often with an exhaust hood and a deep-freezer. There is also a coffeemaschine, a boiler and a microwave. In an additional storage room, there is a washing-maschine, a drying-rack and also an electric iron. A WLAN-Internet-Router (30MB) is provided for the whole house, a Sat-TV-Antenna is available. The ceilings are a bit low - as usual in old farmhouses. The flat has got laminate floors, the sleeping rooms a carpet. In the fixed price all costs are included, so electricity, WLAN, Sat-Antenna or broadcasting fee is already covered with the rent.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Ampen, im romantischen alten Ortskern, 5,5 km von Soest, in einem alten Bauernhaus mit verschiedenen Wohnungen für Studenten. Im Dorf gibt es einen Bäcker und eine Pizzeria. Der nächste Supermarkt mit Apotheke, Bankautomat, etc. im Kaufland, Senator-Schwarz-Ring, (2,7 km, 5 min. mit dem Auto, 10 min. mit dem Rad). Zur FH sind es ca. 13 min. mit dem Auto und 18 min. mit dem Rad. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 min. weit, der Bus braucht ca. 10 min. in die Stadt.
The flat is situated in Ampen, a nice old village 5km from
Soest, in an old farm-house with various flats for students. The villages has got a backery and a pizza place. The next supermarket, pharmacy, cashpoint, etc. is at Kaufland, Senator-Schwarz-Ring, which is 2,7 km away (5 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). To the FH it takes around 13 min. by car and 18 min. with the bike. The busstation is 3 min. away, the bus takes around 10 min. to the city.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet die Gemeinschaft selbst, eine Hausordnung wird gemeinsam erstellt, um allen ein angenehmes, unkompliziertes Miteinander zu bieten.
Im Haus gibt es zwei weitere Studenten-WGs und eine weitere Single-Wohnung. Bislang war es hier sehr international mit Studenten aus aller Welt und Deutschland. Eine gewisse kulturelle und religiöse Offenheit sind also Voraussetzung, ein Interesse am internationalen Austausch wären toll.
Allen gemeinsam steht auch ein Plätzchen beim Hauseingang und eine Wiese im Garten zur Verfügung.
The inhabitants of the flat will fix the rules for sharing the flat by themselves. Of course there are some general rules as e.g. concerning the rubbish bins, the stairway, etc.
There are two more sharing-flats for students (one further 2-bedroom-flat and one 4-bedroom-flat) in the same house. Students so far come from Germany, and from all over the world. Hopefully there will be some good interchange between students of different nations.
There is a garden, which can be used by all.
