The place is 500m far from the FH Campus.
A nice room of 25 sq m. is in the big WG (4 people living max) on the 1st floor of a private house. The apartment is furnished, it has has a big kitchen (table, benches, fridge, microwave and cooking rounds all present), a storage room, 2 bathrooms (one small; another one is bigger with the shower) + 3 living rooms. TV and DSL plugs are available. Washing and drying machines are available in the washing room downstairs.
A monthly rent is 315euro/month warm if you rent it alone,
and there is also a possibility to share it with a friend. In the case of shared rent each person has to pay only 215euro/month.
Possible monthly rent for September. From October 2016 on available for rent with a longer period contract.

Wir bieten ein schones 25m^2 Doppelzimmer in einer großen (max. 4 Studenten, 80m^2) WG auf der ersten Stock eines privaten Gebäudes.
Die WG is möblierte, mit einer großen Küche (Tisch, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, 4 Kochplatten), Lagerraum, 2 Badezimmern (eins auch mit Dusche), 3 Schlafzimmern.
TV und DSL Anschlusse sind möglich.
Wasch- und Trockenmaschine sind nutzbar auf dem Erdgeschoss.
Die Miete ist 315eur/Monat WARM falls nur ein Person das Zimmer mietet. Aber falls 2 Personen das Zimmer mieten, liegt die Miete nur 215eur/Monat.
Das Zimmer ist sofort frei von 1.9.
Von 1.10 es ist auch möglich ein laengeren Vertrag mit der Vermieterin zu unterschreiben.
