Hallo Zusammen,
wir suchen eine/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG.
Zur Verfügung stehen zur Zeit 2 Zimmer unmöbliert, 16 qm für 390 Euro und 18 qm für 410 Euro.
Die Küche, das Bad (Fensterbad ca 12 qm) und das sehr große Wohnzimmer (20qm) werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Die Küche ist schon komplett ausgebaut, siehe Bilder.
Die Bilder zeigen die ehemalige Einrichtung,die sich größtenteils nicht mehr in der Wohnung befindet,daher haben wir viel Platz für eigene Ideen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in nächster Nähe zum Dom und zur Maximilianstraße- jeweils 3 Minuten fußläufig.
Wir fahren gerne Fahrrad und sind auch ansonsten gerne Mal im Park. Am liebsten mit der Pizza unseres Lieblingsitalieners um die Ecke.
