Hallo zusammen,
ich suche eine/n nette/n Zwischenmieter/-in für meine Zweizimmer-Wohnung in Speyer. Momentan ist eine Zwischenmiete von etwa 6 Monaten geplant. Der Zeitraum ist flexibel.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten zum Altpörtel und 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 14qm groß und hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem großen Balkon. Es hat einen neuen Laminat-Boden und ist super hell. Im Flur ist ein Kleiderschrank der mitgenutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung hat eine neue Küche mit Spülmaschine. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorhanden. Neben dem Bad gibt es ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC.
WLAN steht zur Verfügung, einen Fernseh-Anschluss gibt es aktuell nicht.
Die Wohnung kann jederzeit nach Absprache besichtigt werden.
Aktuell wohnt Sarah (26 Jahre) in der Wohnung. Auch wenn sie beruflich teilweise ganz schön eingespannt ist freut sie sich darüber abends mal gemeinsam zu kochen und dich ein bisschen besser kennenzulernen.
