Der nächste Supermarkt ist gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite, weitere sind in etwa einem 10-20min-Radius einfach zu erreichen.
Der Bahnhof befindet sich auch etwa 10 Gehminuten von hier entfernt

Für die Sportlichen sei auch gesorgt; das nächste Gym ist beim Bahnhof in der Nähe. Zudem ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung der Stadtwald (sehr gut zum joggen).

Zur Altstadt sind es zu Fuß etwa 15min.

Wenn man zur Uni möchte, kann man den Bus am Bahnhof nehmen, welcher dann 10 min fährt oder man radelt etwa 20-25 min.

For those who enjoy sports, there's a gym near the train station. Additionally, there's a beautiful lake with a long walking path nearby (great for jogging).

It's about a 15-minute walk to the old town.

If you need to get to the university, you can take the bus at the train station, which takes about 10 minutes, or you can cycle for approximately 20-25 minutes.

In der WG ist dieses Jahr viel Bewegung drin, denn die anderen zwei Mitbewohnerinnen werden dieses Jahr auch noch ausziehen. Christy lebt zur Zeit zur Untermiete hier und macht ihr Auslandssemester an der HOST und wird uns im September wieder verlassen. Maria bleibt noch bis Ende April in der WG und wird dann auch die WG verlassen. Ich (Dori) bleibe vorraussichtlich noch länger in der WG. Ich arbeite und bin nebenbei noch als Student an der HOST eingeschrieben. Außerdem lebt mein Hund mit in der WG. Es wäre also gut wenn du kein Problem mit Hunden in der WG hast. 🐶

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und diese Anzeige richtet sich an Menschen, die Lust haben auch mit ihren Mitbewohnern zusammen zu leben, anstelle nur aneinander vorbei zu leben. Wir quatschen gerne in der Küche, währenddessen wir die Hunde streicheln oder gehen auch mal abends weg.

Worauf wir stolz sind, ist dass unsere WG sauber ist (vorallem Küche) und allg. in einem guten Zustand ist, denn diese Wohnung ist nun schon seit 20 Jahren eine WG. Ein Putzplan war noch nie von Nöten, deswegen wäre es gut wenn du ein gewisses Grundverständnis von Sauberkeit hast.

Jeder Charakter ist uns herzlich willkommen.
Wir suchen einfach eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene Person, die regelmäßig mit anpackt wenn zb sauber gemacht wird oder etwas eingekauft werden muss (Kosten werden natürlich geteilt) und die Quirks der anderen respektieren und akzeptieren kann.

In the shared apartment, there's a lot of movement this year because two roommates will eventually move out. Christy is currently subletting here and doing her semester abroad at HOST, and she will leave us in September. Maria will stay in the apartment until the end of April and then leave as well. I (Dori) am staying in the WG. Also, my dog lives with us in the apartment. So, it would be good if you don't have a problem with dogs in the apartment. 🐶

We're not just a functional flatshare, and this ad is aimed at people who enjoy living together with their flatmates, rather than just passing by each other. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen while petting the dog, or sometimes going out in the evenings.

What we're proud of is that our flatshare is clean (especially the kitchen) and generally in good condition because this apartment has been a flatshare for 20 years now. We've never needed a cleaning schedule, so it would be good if you have a certain understanding of cleanliness.

Every character is welcome here. We're simply looking for a friendly and open-minded person who regularly pitches in when it comes to cleaning or shopping (costs are, of course, shared) and who can respect and accept the quirks of others.
