Our all-inclusive rents include heating costs as well as electricity, internet and GEZ. Washing machines and a dryer are also available in the building. The stairwell is cleaned externally.
The offered room is rented furnished, including the following equipment:
-bed 1.40m (incl. storage space) with bedside table and lamp
-Desk (125x75) with chair and work lamp
-chest of drawers with clothes rail and shelf
-The communal areas such as the hallway, kitchen and bathroom are also fully equipped!
-die Station der Stadtbahn mit einem 3 Minuten Fußweg gut zu erreichen. Dadurch ist die Wohnung gut angebunden. Mit der U2 lässt sich beispielsweise das Stadtzentrum sehr gut erreichen. Außerdem ist der Hauptbahnhof sehr schnell erreicht. (Die U2 und U19 Fahren ab der Station)
-Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber eines Supermarktes.
-Nicht weit entfernt (5 min zu Fuß) liegt außerdem der schöne Kurpark Bad Cannstatt
