Wir suchen ab Mai ein neues WG Mitgied, in unserer schönen WG bei der Wilhelma. Mein Zimmer hat hohe Decken und den Blick auf das Elefanten und Nashorngehege. Zudem ist es ein sehr helles Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist bei Einzug unmöbliert.
Die Miete beträgt mit allen Nebenkosten inklusive Internet 524€.
Ansonsten gibts im Hinterhof unseres Hauses einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der gerade frisch gemacht wird :)
Wir haben außerdem einen Keller, in dem man Fahrräder abstellen kann und jede Wohnung hat ihr eigenes abgechlossenes Abteil.

We are looking for a new person for our WG near Wilhelma. My room is a bright room with high ceiling and a view of the Wilhelma zoo. It will be unfurnished or can be partially furnished.
The rent inlcuding the extra costs and internet would be 524€.
We have a beautiful garden which is being renovated and would be ready by this summer :)
Along with that the building has a cellar which can be used to keep the cycles and each apartment has its own closed compartment for storage.
In nur 3 Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle Glockenstraße. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist der Rewe am Wilhelmsplatz.
Der Wizemann ist quasi im Hinterhof, was super praktisch für Konzerte, Pflanzen und Flohmärkte ist. Man hört jedoch gar nichts von der Musik etc. In nur 5 Minuten ist man im Rosensteinparkund kann da auch einige Tiere im Zoo sehen ohne Eintritt zu zahlen.
Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und man kommt in 15 min in der Stadtmitte.
It takes only 3 minutes to reach the nearest U-Bahn station Glockenstraße. The nearest place to shop for groceries is Rewe at the Wilhelmsplatz.
The Wizemann is a concert area behind the apartment, where different concerts and other exhibitions take place. However, you cannot hear any music in the apartment. In 5 minutes, you can reach the Rosensteinpark, a beautiful park.
Overall, the apartment is in a peaceful location and the Stuttgart city center can be reached in 15 minutes.
Ich wohne mit zwei sehr netten Mädels, Paloma (25) and Kai (21) zusammen.
Kai studiert and Paloma arbeitet in Stuttgart.
Beide sind offen für Gespräche. Wir reden sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch miteinander und verstehen uns gut.
Die eigene Privatsphäre wird bei uns respeckiert aber es können Gerne Freunde vorbeikommen, ohne das es stört. Manchmal kochen wir zusammen und lachen dabei viel.
I live with two very nice girls, Paloma (25) and Kai (21).
Kai is a student whereas Paloma works in Stutgart. We talk with each other not only in German but also in English. We have a good understanding and we respect each others privacy. Sometimes friends can come over without disturbing others. Occasionally we cook together :)
