Hey People,
We are looking for someone to rent the room in our 3 people WG.
It is a beautiful, bright, newly renovated 3 room apartment on the 2nd floor, with new interior doors, flooring, walls. To the apartment belongs a garden, the rooms have all in each case 2 windows with view in the green (park/inner court).
The apartment has an eat-in kitchen with dining table, spacious bathroom with bathtub and double sinks and a separate toilet, all exterior.
The apartment is ideally accessible by public transport and by car, in front of the house there is also direct parking by car (free of charge).
The current tenant will take most of his furniture, so you will have to discuss this with him the details of it but thats mainly his office chair.
The house is located near to the Bad Canstatt district of the city of stuttgart. The nearby or city center is 20 minutes away and you have also Bad Canstatt center almost 5 minutes away with the u-bahn. We also have big "Roseinstein" park.
All other supermarkets can be found in bad canstatt.
Ana (22 years old) is from Ukraine (Currently Studying) and Akhshay (27) ( From India) is working full time.
Both are very nice and clean flatmates.
We like to sometimes cook together , have a beer and play card games but we are all also very quite sometimes ! :D
The Internet Fee is not included in the rent, so we all are sharing the internet fee together.
We also have a garden and keller room for storage.
We look forward for a suitable tenant.
