The room is a bright room of about 11 sqm with its own small balcony, about 3-4 sqm. The location in a set back apartment building is very quiet. The nearest bus stop, Birkach Friedhof, is a 3-minute walk away with bus connections to lines 65, 70, 74, and 76. The university is about a 15-minute walk away, and it would only take two stops by bus.
The room is unfurnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine, dryer, a basement compartment with storage facilities are also available and we even have a dishwasher! :)
In our 3-person WG currently live two guys and a girl. We are preferably looking for a student from Hohenheim. We speak together in the WG mainly in English. Please write in the request briefly something about you and your person. :)

Das Zimmer ist ein ca. 11 qm großes, helles Zimmer mit eigenem kleinem Balkon, ca. 3-4 qm. Die Lage in einem zurückgesetzten Mehrfamilienhaus ist sehr ruhig. Die nächste Bushaltestelle Birkach Friedhof ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar mit Busanbindung an die Linien 65, 70, 74 und 76. Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten, mit dem Bus wären es nur zwei Stationen zu fahren.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Trockner, ein Kellerabteil mit Lagermöglichkeit sind auch vorhanden und wir haben sogar eine Spülmaschine! :)
In unserer 3er WG wohnen gerade noch zwei Jungs und ein Mädchen. Wir suchen vorzugsweise ein/e Student/in aus Hohenheim. Wir sprechen in der WG zusammen überwiegend auf Englisch. Bitte schreibe in die Anfrage kurz etwas zu dir und deiner Person. :)
