We are looking for a flatmate for our 3-person shared flat in Stuttgart Feuerbach. The room come unfurnished and is available from May. It is spacious with 17 m2 and a lot of natural light.
The flat is recently renovated and now has a brand new fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), a new washing machine and dryer, and underfloor heating, including the bathroom 😉. The living room is large and has a big 4K TV with cable tv and Netflix, a nice sofa and a dinning table for eating together and playing games. You can also help decorate the house! Besides your room, everything is fully furnished. WiFi is amazingly strong (2 Gbit) 🚀
The only thing left is you really 😊
The shared flat is located on the 3rd floor of Sankt-Pöltener-Straße 52 in Feuerbach. The building also has other shared flats.
U-Bahn and bus are 2 short minutes away and S-Bahn can be reached in 9 minutes. The U-Bahn takes 11 minutes to the city center.
The neighborhood is full of (great) restaurants, bars, hairdressers and supermarkets which is extremely convenient.
Wir suchen entspannte, aufgeschlossene, kommunikative und freundliche Menschen, die sich gerne abends treffen und manchmal bei ein paar Bieren/Wein lachen oder auch tiefgründige Gespräche über alles Mögliche führen, von Wissenschaft über Philosophie bis hin zu geistiger Gesundheit und etwas Politik.
Es wäre von großem Vorteil, wenn wir einige unserer individuellen Leidenschaften teilen könnten (gemeinsame Abendessen, Kinoabende, Bars, Stand-up-Comedy, Theaterstücke, Oper, Videospiele, neue Sportarten ausprobieren). Wir würden sicherlich gerne einige dieser Aktivitäten mit dir teilen und einige Deiner Hobbys ausprobieren 😊.
Allerdings brauchen wir alle von Zeit zu Zeit etwas Zeit für uns allein, daher ist es absolut in Ordnung, sich in sein Zimmer zurückzuziehen.
Du solltest aufgeräumt, organisiert und sauber sein, genau wie wir.

We are looking for easy going, open minded, communicative, friendly people who enjoy getting together in the evening and sometimes having a good laugh over a few beers/wine or even some deep talks on everything from science to philosophy to mental health to some politics.
Sharing some of our individual passions would be an amazing plus (group dinners, movie nights, bars, stand up comedy, theater plays, opera, videogames, trying out new sports). We would certainly love to share some of these activities with you and try some of your hobbies 😊
Nevertheless, we all need some alone time once in a while, so it is completely fine to retreat to your room.
You should be tidy, organized and clean after yourself as we do.
