The room is rented unfurnished, so you have enough space to bring your own furniture. It is located in the upper part of the flat, which you will have all to yourself. From your room, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. A special highlight is the additional walk-in wardrobe, which you could then call your own.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stuttgart Heumaden, genauer noch auf dem Lederberg. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 4 min zu Fuß entfernt und fährt entweder Richtung Heumaden (Anbindung U-Bahn), Hohenheim und Flughafen oder Richtung Hedelfingen (S-Bahn) und Obertürkheim.
Die Lage ist super, für alle möglichen Arten von Draußen-Aktivitäten, seien es Joggen gehen, Fahrrad fahren oder Spazieren gehen im Wald/durch die ganzen Stückle mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Supermärkte sowie Drogeriemarkt etc sind auch nur wenige Busminuten entfernt.
The flat is located in Stuttgart Heumaden, more precisely on the Lederberg. The nearest bus stop is a 4-minute walk away and runs either to Heumaden (underground connection), Hohenheim and the airport or to Hedelfingen (S-Bahn) and Obertürkheim.
The location is great for all kinds of outdoor activities, be it jogging, cycling or walking in the forest/through the whole Stückle with a beautiful view. Supermarkets and drugstore etc. are also only a few minutes away by bus.

Ich selbst bin im April in die Wohnung eingezogen und suche ab Juni (Datum flexibel) bis Mitte November (auch da bin ich etwas flexibel) einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und an der Uni Hohenheim in der Lebensmittelchemie angestellt. Wenn ich nicht dort bin, mache ich gerne Sport (Joggen, bouldern, Fussball) und koche gerne (bevorzugt pflanzlich 🌱).
I myself moved into the flat in April and am looking for a flatmate from June (date flexible) to mid-November (I'm also a bit flexible). I am 26 years old and work at the University of Hohenheim in food chemistry. When I'm not there, I like doing sports (jogging, bouldering, football) and cooking (preferably plant-based 🌱).

Noch ein zwei Infos zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist bis auf dein Zimmer schon ziemlich gut ausgestattet mit Möbeln, Küchenutensilien, einer Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Putzsachen etc pp, die du natürlich alle mitbenutzen darfst bzw darfst du natürlich auch deine eigenen Sachen benutzen/mitbringen. Es gibt auch genug Stauraum im Kellerabteil, falls du dort etwas aufbewahren möchtest. Die Wohnung hat W-Lan, Strom und einen Hausmeisterdienst, was jedoch alles schon im Preis enthalten ist. Some more information about the flat: Apart from your room, the flat is already pretty well equipped with furniture, kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, washing machine, cleaning utensils etc pp, all of which you can of course use or you can of course also use/bring your own things.
