wir sind eine junge Gruppe und suchen noch eine nette 4te Person für unsere WG.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Mietshaus im vierten Stock, fast im Zentrum Stuttgarts, zum Bahnhof ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß, zum Charlottenplatz ca. 5 Min zu Fuß. Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, Laminat-Boden, ist hell und freundlich, Größe ca. 20-25 qm.
Wir legen Wert auf eine gepflegte Wohnung, um die wir uns gemeinsam kümmern. Für gemütliche Zeiten steht ein hübscher Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung, der selbst gestaltet wurde, mit Sofa, Kamin, Esstisch usw.
Fahrrad kann man hinten im Hof abstellen. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt; zur Küche nach hinten gibt es auch einen kleinen Balkon.
Da wir alle studieren oder in Ausbildung sind ist es schön, dass es in der WG auch ruhige Zeiten zum Lernen gibt.
Wir würden uns auf viele Rückmeldungen freuen und rufen auch gerne telef. zurück. Ab dem 01.06.23 kann das Zimmer bezogen werden.
