Das Zimmer in Stuttgart Mitte ist ab sofort(!!) frei, da ich die WG verlassen habe.
Ich suche also eine/n Nachmieter/in.
Das Zimmer ist 10 Quadratmeter groß und möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank).
Die WG befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines großen Hauses und das Zimmer zeigt in die Richtung einer Sackgasse.
Die WG verteilt sich auf zwei Etagen; Das zu vermietende Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
Im Obergeschoss, sowie Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Zimmer, die an die anderen drei Mitbewohnerinnen vermietet werden.

This room in Stuttgart Mitte is free at the moment since i moved out. So you can move in as soon as possible.
The room is 10m^2 and furnitured(Bed, Table, small wardrobe, mirrors)
The WG is parted on 2 floors, your room would be on the 1st floor. Kitchen, Bathroom and washing machine are on the 1st floor too as well as one roomate. On the 2nd floor there are two other roomates.
Die WG befindet sich in Stuttgart Mitte. Die Haltestelle Olgaeck ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mit der U-Bahn ist man innerhalb von 4 Minuten beim Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof.
Direkt bei der U-Bahn Haltestelle gibt es Edeka, Lidl, Apotheke, Döner, Asiatisch und viele andere Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants.
Bei dieser WG handelt es sich derzeit um eine Zweck-WG. Das heißt man ist die meiste Zeit alleine und es gibt keine gemeinsamen Aktivitäten.
Im Obergeschoss werden die Zimmer an zwei Mitbewohnerinnen vermietet.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Küche, Bad, WC und die Waschmaschine.
Im Erdgeschoss wohnt zusätzlich die andere Mitbewohnerin.

This WG is a Zweck-WG, meaning you just share the flat. There will be no activities between the roommates.
Die Kosten bestehen aus 295€ Kaltmiete + 120€ Betriebskosten(Strom, Wasser,..) + 9€ Internet
