This is a top floor apartment in a 6-family house. The room is about 16 square meters and has a bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe and a closet with a mirror. A shared kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine with dryer are available for shared use by the tenants in the flat-share. The garden is available to all house residents.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in Stuttgart-Möhringen. Es ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station „Plieninger Straße“ (1 Minute zu Fuß). Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Biomarkt (6 Minuten zu Fuß) oder Kaufland (13 Minuten zu Fuß).

The apartment lies in a quiet neighbourhood in Stuttgart-Möhringen. It is close to the “Plieninger Straße” U-Bahn station (1 min walking distance). The closest grocery shopping possibilities are a Bio Market (6 min walking distance) or Kaufland (13 min walking distance).
Dies ist eine 3er WG, die Zimmer sind noch frei. Ein nettes Zusammenleben, gerne mal was gemeinsam unternehmen. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind selbstverständlich sehr wichtig. Die WG ist eine Nichtraucher-WG.
