Die Wohnung ist zweistöckig. Eine klappbare Treppe verbindet das 2.OG mit dem Dachgeschoss.
Im unteren Teil befinden sich, neben Küche und Bad, ein geräumiges Wohn- und Esszimmer ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein HO-Arbeitzimmer.
Vor acht Jahren wurde die Wohnung komplett renoviert.
Das ausgeschriebene Zimmer ist möbiliert und bietet sich ausgezeichnet als Schlafzimmer an. Ein weiteres Zimmer kann optimal fürs HomeOffice verwendet werden. So kann man in diesen besonderen Zeiten wenigstens nach der Arbeit die Tür zumachen.
Was das Einzugsdatum betrifft, bin ich flexibel. Du kannst auch schon früher/später als Februar einziehen.
Direkt nebenan ist ein großer privater Garten, der gerne mitbenutzt werden kann.
The flat has two floors. A folding staircase connects the 2nd floor with the attic.
In the lower part, there is a spacious living and dining room, a bedroom and a HO study, in addition to the kitchen and bathroom.
The flat was completely renovated eight years ago.
The advertised room is furnished and would make an excellent bedroom. Another room can be optimally used for a home office. This way, you can at least close the door after work during those special times.
As far as the moving-in date is concerned, I am flexible. You can also move in earlier/later than February.
There is a large private garden right next door, which you are welcome to use.
Lage zentral in S-Möhringen. In 4 Minuten läuft man zur Haltestelle Möhringen Bahnhof von wo aus man sowohl die Uni Vaihingen als auch die Uni Hohenheim in ca. einer Viertelstunde erreicht. Zur Uni Stuttgart und zur Dualen Hochschule benötigt man ca 25 min.
REWE, Metzger, Bäcker und andere Fachgeschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Nachbarhaus befindet sich ein Sanitär- und Heizungsfachgeschäft, der gemeinsame Hof wird für den Fuhrpark genutzt. Parken ist problemlos in Seitenstraßen möglich.

in S-Möhringen. In 4 minutes you can walk to the Möhringen train station from where you can reach both the University of Vaihingen and the University of Hohenheim in about a quarter of an hour. To the University of Stuttgart and the Dual University it takes about 25 minutes.
REWE, butcher, baker and other stores are in the immediate vicinity. In the neighboring house there is a sanitary and heating store, the common yard is used for the car pool. Parking is possible without problems in side streets.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und die komplette Einrichtung gehört mir. Ich bin an einem ebenso gepflegten, respektvollen Miteinander interessiert.
Wenn es passt bin ich gerne an gelegentlichen gemeinsamen Aktivitäten interessiert.
Ich suche einen interessanten, unkomplizierten Mitbewohner mit dem ich abends auch mal ein Bierchen trinken kann ohne dass der Gesprächsstoff ausgeht.
Mir geht es um ein lockeres Zusammenleben in angenehmer Atmosphäre.
