Wir suchen Studenten oder Berufstätige, die gerne ein Zimmer in dieser schönen WG mieten möchten. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und komplett möbliert inklusive Kleiderschrank, Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, sowie einer vollausgestatteten Küche. Sie ist mit hochwertigen Fließen (Badezimmer, Gäste-WC) und Laminat (Zimmer) belegt und hat brandneue Fenster. Das Badezimmer enthält eine Badewanne mit neuen Garnituren und neue Fließen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und verfügen über zwei Fenster mit elektrischen Rollläden. Das Gebäude wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert und verfügt daher über einer komplett renovierten Fassade und modernem Interieur (Treppenhaus, Haustür, Wohnungstür). Als Mieter bekommt man außerdem Zugriff auf einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, sowie Kellerraum. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden.
Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster und sind möbliert. Man kann auch eigene Möbel bringen. Das Zimmer hat ein Bett 140x200cm.

We are looking for students or professionals who would like to rent a room in this beautiful shared apartment. The apartment is of high quality and fully furnished including a wardrobe, bed with mattress, desk and chair, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is covered with high-quality tiles (bathroom, guest toilet) and laminate (room) and has brand new windows. The bathroom contains a bathtub with new trimmings and new tiles. The rooms are very bright and have two windows with electric shutters. The building was recently completely renovated and therefore has a completely renovated facade and modern interior (staircase, front door, apartment door). As a tenant, you are also granted access to a parking space for bicycles and a basement room. A washing machine is also available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer sehr ruhigen Straße in einer der schönsten Wohngegenden Stuttgarts, Stuttgart Ost (Berg). Von der WG erreicht man in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß die U-Bahn Station Mineralbäder, sowie eine schöne Bäckerei, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und das von Stuttgartern geliebte Leuze Thermalbad! In nur 100m erreicht man außerdem den Park Villa Berg, in dem Paare, Familien und Freunde gerne sonnige Nachmittage verbringen.
Abgesehen von der näheren Nachbarschaft befindet sich die Wohnung in extremer Nähe zur Stuttgarter Innenstadt, sodass man in nur 4 Autominuten oder 13 Minuten mit der U-Bahn die Innenstadt (Hauptbahnhof) erreicht. Dadurch kann man auch dort die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars etc. bequem nutzen!
The apartment is located on a very quiet street in one of the most beautiful residential areas in Stuttgart, Stuttgart Ost (Berg). From the flat, you can reach the underground station (U-Bahn) Mineralbäder, as well as a nice bakery, a grocery store, shopping facilities, and the Leuze thermal bath, which is beloved by Stuttgarter, in just 3 minutes on foot! In just 100m you can also reach the Park Villa Berg, where couples, families, and friends enjoy spending sunny afternoons.
Apart from the close neighborhood, the apartment is extremely close to downtown Stuttgart, as one can reach the city center (main station/Hauptbahnhof) in just 4 minutes by car or 13 minutes by U-Bahn. Therefore, you can comfortably use the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. there as well!
