Hello everyone,
I am currently on vacation so I am sub-renting my lovely room. The rent time can be discussed.
The room is about 22 square meters and has its own balcony with a big bed (1.4*2.0m), 2 big tables, 4 chairs and a big wardrobe. It is in a 3-person shared flat with a dining area in the hallway. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet were renovated just a few years ago and the rest of the apartment is in good condition. All rooms have soundproof windows, which means that the proximity to the airport is not particularly noticeable. The washing machine is in the basement :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Plieningen in einer ruhigen, naturnahen Nachbarschaft, mit Blick auf die Felder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto/Edeka), Friseur, Bank, Apotheke, Restaurants, Bäckereien sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Uni Hohenheim ist in drei Minuten mit dem Bus oder in 25 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus (7 Minuten) oder zu Fuß (30 Minuten) am Flughafen/Busbahnhof, sowie in mit den ÖPNV in 30 Minuten am Hbf und 40 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.
In 5 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle „Plieningen Post“. Von dort aus fahren die Linien 65, 70, 73, 74 und 122. Die Haltestelle „Im Köpfert“ ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Dort fährt der 122er-Bus zum Flughafen oder nach Esslingen.
At the moment we, Me (on vacation), Anna (employed) and Daniela (also employed), live in this beautiful flat share. We are a warm, talkative, but also quiet flat share where everyone can do their thing or even spend an evening together. Viewings can preferably take place in the evening (also online) and can be arranged by arrangement.
The move-in date is possible from the beginning of August. The room is furnished (all my stuff has been packed and moved).
