Das Zimmer ist klein, aber schön; mit einem Schrank und etwas Dachschräge. Die WG hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Esszimmer, und ein großes Bad. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Keller, Fahrradschuppen, Garten und einen Ort zum Wäsche Waschen und trocknen. Also alles was es für gemütliches Wohnen braucht!
Die 350€ beinhaltet alle Kosten!

The room as such is small but very cosy. It comes with a fitted closet and has some sloped ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a dining room, and a big bathroom. We also have a cellar, garden, shed for the bikes, washing machine and space to dry cloth... in a nutshell, everything for a comfortable life!
The 350€ cover all costs!
Die WG liegt in Plieningen. Für Studenten an der Uni Hohenheim perfekt! Aber auch in direkter Nähe zur Autobahn, falls Du woanders hin musst. Alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar (Netto, Bäcker, Fleischer, Uni, Flughafen etc.).
Bushaltestelle ist 3-4min entfernt und in ner halben Stunde stehst Du auf dem Schlossplatz. Aber genausogut kannst Du mit Bus oder Fahrrad nach Echterdingen, Leinefelden, die Richtung kommen.

The WG is located in Plieningen, perfect for students of Hohenheim Uni. Also direct connection to the highway in case you nee to go somwhere else. You will find everything you need in Plieningen. Backery, butcher, supermarket, airport, Uni.. can be reached easily on foot. The city center is half an hour away by public transportation and the house is also in a good position to go the other direction to Echterdingen etc. by bike or bus.
In der WG leben eine Doktorandin und ein Masterstudent. Wir sind eine internationale WG und sprechen dort vor allem Deutsch und Englisch. Keine Party-WG aber interessiert an einem harmonischen MITeinander! Das übliche, gerne zusammenkochen, Sport, etc. aber auch deine Privatssphäre, wenn Du die Tür zu machst. Im Moment sind alle recht beschäftigt und über den Tag ist es sehr ruhig im Haus.

There are one PhD and one master student living in the house. We are an international flat with German and English as the main languages. It is not a Party-WG but everybody is very social. And dinner together, talking, working out together etc. is much appreciated. The usual applies, everybody is open for everything but if you need to work or some quiet just close your door. In the moment everybody is pretty busy so the house is pretty quiet during the day.
