Suche eine ruhige, liebe Bewohnerin ab 1.5.2023 für unsere schöne gemütliche Wohnung im Stuttgarter-Osten. Ich selbst (Vermieterin) bin ganz selten Zuhause (max. 1x pro Monat), daher steht dir eigentlich so gut wie die ganze 70qm Wohnung (bis auf ein kleines Zimmer) zur Verfügung. Die WG liegt super zentral und hat einen wunderschönen Stadtpark nebenan.
Dein Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett und Kleiderschrank. Kann aber bei Bedarf auch alles selbst mitgebracht werden.
Super Lage, sehr zentral, direkte S-Bahn Anbindung, Bäcker, Metzger, Post, Tankstelle, Restaurants und Biomarkt direkt neben an. Bahnhof in 5 min erreichbar.
Da ich viel unterwegs bin, hast du die Wohnung meistens für dich alleine. Falls du eine WG mit Gemeinschaftsleben suchst, ist das leider nicht die richtige Adresse. Hier hast du eher deine Ruhe :)
