The room is full of light and comes with all the furniture: bed and matress, desk, chair, wardrobe. The bed can be opened and becomes double.
The room has 2 radiators and 2 big windows.
The flat is located in a residential area where families lige. It is really quiet. The flat is 2 minutes by foot to the s-bahn stop. The s-bahn number 15 runs every 10 minutes.
With the s-bahn you can reach the Hauptbahnhof in 10 minutes, and the nearest lidl/edeka in 5 minutes.
The flat is fully furnished and all facilities are there: washing machine, dish washer, oven, vacuum cleaner.
Plates, cutlery, pots and pans are also there.
There is a basement downstairs to store some personal items like luggages.
The price of the room is 470€ (cold + NK)
Electricity is paid aside and is currently 55€/month.
All of us are working/studying.
Our flat really feels like home to us, it is a place for us to relax. We are searching for a friendly and clean flatmate.
We like to spend time together in the house and have conversations. Sometimes we cook or have dinner together, but we also respect each other’s personal spaces.
We have a cleaning plan that we respect and we always keep common spaces clean and tidy.
