Ich biete mein WG Zimmer in der Heilmannstraße 4A zur Untermiete an (vom 15.2.24 bis zum 31.03.24).
Im Mietpreis ist alles mit inbegriffen, auch WLAN. Die 525€ sind die Kosten für den gesamten Mietzeitraum.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in einer super nicen Lage!
Direkt nebenan ist der Schlossgarten und in 8 Gehminuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt 2 Stadtbahn-Stationen, die man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht (Stöckach und Neckartor).
Die Straße runter gibt es einen Penny, den man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und mit der Bahn in einer Minute erreicht.
Falls man es nicht mehr pünktlich zum Penny schafft, gibt es direkt gegenüber eine ARAL-Tankstelle, die 24/7 geöffnet ist.
Im Zimmer gibt es ein Regal, einen Schrank, einen großen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Bett.
Die WG ist international, es wird hauptsächlich Englisch gesprochen. Alle sind super nett und das WG Leben ist mit ihnen sehr angenehm.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche und Gemeinschaftsbäder (2 Duschen, 2 Toiletten).

I am offering my shared apartment room at Heilmannstraße 4A for subletting (from February 15, 2024, to March 31, 2024).
The rental price includes everything, including Wi-Fi. 525€ is the total rent for the period of subletting.
The dormitory is located in a fantastic area! Right next door is the Schlossgarten, and you can reach the main train station in just 8 minutes via foot. There are two tram stations within a 2-minute walk (Stöckach and Neckartor). Down the street, there is a Penny supermarket, reachable on foot in 10 minutes or by tram in one minute. If you can't make it to Penny on time, there's also a 24/7 ARAL gas station nearby.
The room comes furnished with a shelf, a wardrobe, a spacious desk with a chair, and a bed.
The shared apartment is international, and English is predominantly spoken. Everyone is very friendly, and living in the shared apartment is very pleasant with them.
There is a communal kitchen and shared bathrooms (2 showers, 2 toilets).
