Dein neues Zimmer ist mit 16 m2 und hohen Decken sehr geräumig. Obwohl durch das große Fenster viel Licht reinkommt, ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein!
Ideale Anbindung an den ÖPVN: Du wohnst direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Marienplatz (1min zu Fuß). Vor dort fährt der Bus auch direkt zum Feursee, wo alle S-Bahnen (6min mit dem Bus) fahren. Also auch sehr gut gelegen, wenn du auf die Arbeit, für dein Praktikum nach Sindelfingen, Zuffenhausen oder Ditzingen musst.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Bio Markt und Netto unter zwei Minuten Fußweg, also gleich um die Ecke.
Club/Bars/ Restaurant/ Café: Eine bessere Lage kann man sich nicht wünschen. Eine tolle Auswahl an Bars, Cafés in unter 5 min laufen.
Zentrum: 15 min zu Fuß.
Du wirst mit Sebastian zusammen wohnen. Er ist 26 Jahre alt und selbständiger Designer. Er ist offen, kreativ und herzlich.
Das Zimmer wird zum 1. Juli frei. Nach Absprache kann das Zimmer möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden.
430 Euro ist die Miete inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Übernahme zum 15.07. ist auch möglich.
