The room is (12 + 5) m2 big. It is divided into two areas: the room itself (12 m2) with direct access to the garden, and a wide window (see fotos). The garden can be freely used by us (e.g. for grilling or gardening). The other section belonging to your room (5 m2) has direct access to the street/garage and space for storage or other uses.
The flat is located in front of a bus (82) station. It is 2/3 minutes by foot away from the Schwabengalerie, and 10-15 minutes from the Uni and S-Bahn stations: Österfeld and Vaihingen. A gas station is also nearby. All in all, the location is simply very good imo.
I am a 28-years-old environmental engineer working from home and living in the flat since more than a year. The flat is quiet, clean, and well-organised. We are looking for somebody with a similar profile.
