Eher Untermiete als WG. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Großzügige Wohnung ( ca.100qm), Mitbenutzung von voll eingerichteter Wohnküche, Ess/Arbeitszimmer, kleinem Bad mit Wanne und Dusche,separater Toilette, Balkon, Bühne,Kellerraum.
Die Wohnung ist im obersten Geschoß und hat recht hohe Decken, aber ist natürlich nicht auf Neubauniveau. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht, du musst also viele Treppen steigen. Dafür kann man vom Balkon aus den Fernsehturm sehen...
es gibt momentan 7 Parteien im Haus, das Zusammenleben ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Morgens gibt es ziemlich viel Berufsverkehr, aber nachts ist es von der Straße her ebenfalls ruhig.
Sehr gute Infrastruktur Nähe Hölderlinplatz, gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn, Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes,Kneipen ebenso wie Ärzte und KH in direkter Umgebung.
Ich suche eine nette, zuverlässige Frau ab 25. Keine Party WG..da ich schon älter bin (Ü 60), berufstätig und zu Hause eher eine ruhige Umgebung brauche. Ein gutes und harmonisches Verhältnis ist mir wichtig, also keine reine Zweck WG, aber jeder sollte sich zurückziehen können. Ansonsten bin relativ gelassen und für Kontakt, Gespräche oder mal zusammensitzen oder essen offen, wenn es sich ergibt.
