The apartment is on the ground floor and is divided into three fully furnished shared rooms, a shared bathroom with shower, a shared kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area in the hallway.
The room is furnished with, among other things, a French bed (140x200), a large flat screen TV, a desk and a large closet. The room also has a balcony.
A coin-operated washing machine for shared use is located in the basement.
The one-off final cleaning is 100.00 euros.
The nearest S-Bahn Station is Schwabstraße and is a mere 3 minute walk from the apartment. Also within 3-7 min walk are an Asian supermarket, Edeka, Rewe and dm. The place has good connections to the university, if you study or work there.
There are currently two women in the flat, and the third guy is moving out. I am Neha, from India and the other one Is Laura from Germany. We are both working, but open to live with students and professionals alike. I generally don't have free time every evening for a get together, but it would be wonderful if we can still have tea and chat once in a while. Cleanliness in the apartment is important to us and there will be a regular cleaning schedule.
In addition to the rent, there will be the costs of Internet and Radio tax (approx - 23€ ) that will be paid to me.
A few sentences about yourself, your profession, hobbies etc would be awesome :)
After the shortlist, maybe we can see each other in person.
The decision will still come from the landlord, where other documents like Parental guarantee/ Proof of income could be required.
