The room is about 16qm, with a large window facing the backyard and costs 690€ warm per month. This includes all relevant costs: furniture, electricity, heating, WiFi and a cleaning service that comes every 2 weeks.

The location is excellent, right next to the Feuersee. The nearest U-Bahn stop (Johannes-/Schlossstraße) is just a 2 min walk away or 5 min to the S-Bahn stop Feuersee.
The nearest supermarket (Edeka) is 5 minutes away, and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center.
In the surrounding area you will find numerous restaurants, cafes and bars.
