Großes helles Zimmer. Zurzeit als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Mit Fenstern zur Straße und zum Hof. Die gesamte Wohnung ist schön hell und hat eine große Küche mit Esstisch. Nachbarn sind auch sehr entspannt.
Lage ist perfekt. Keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Schwab-/Bebelstraße und damit sofort in der Stadt. Lidl, dm und Bäckereien sind direkt ums Eck, ein Edeka ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Restaurants, Bars und Cafés gibts viele kleine entspannte wie im Westen üblich.
Unter der Woche bin ich viel am Arbeiten und nur selten im Homeoffice. Am Wochenende öfters nicht Zuhause oder in der Stadt unterwegs. Offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, wenn man Bock hat. Dienstag/Mittwoch übernachtet meist ein Bekannter, der beruflich 2 Tage die Woche in Stuttgart ist.
Suche jemand entspannten, der ordentlich und sauber ist.
