Direkt an der Haltestelle Schwab/Bebelstr. liegt die Altbauwohnung. Sie ist renoviert und hat schöne Stuckelemente an der Decke. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig mit ca. 93qm und 3 Zimmern. Das dritte Zimmer wird als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer genutzt. Dein Zimmer ist leer, ansonsten ist die Wohnung bereits gut möbliert. Allerdings fehlt noch ein Fernseher und im Wohnzimmer gibts noch einiges an Platz für weiter Möbelstücke.
Die Fotos sind recht dunkel, ich versuche am Wochenende tagsüber neue Fotos zu machen und einzustellen.
In der Warmmiete ist Strom und Gas (Warmwasser und Heizung) bereits enthalten. Nur der Internetanschluss würde noch on top dazukommen.

Ich arbeite bei einer Filmproduktion in Bad Cannstatt und mache Yoga und baue nebenbei noch meine Selbständigkeit als Gesundheitscoach aus . Ich bin vegan, ist aber kein muss für dich.
Ich bin in der Regel sehr beschäftigt, fände es aber schön, wenn es nicht eine Zweck-WG ist, sondern dass man auch mal gemeinsam kocht und vielleicht auch mal zusammen etwas unternehmen kann. Ist aber alles kein muß.
