Access to the shared apartment is through the modernized front yard and the room is accessible through the staircase. The WG includes a beautiful newly built roof terrace, a common lounge, two toilets, a spacious bathroom, as well as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and freezer are available for free use.

Die Lage der WG ist ideal. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 Gehminuten). Für Lebensmittel Einkaufe befindet sich ein Rewe direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, sowie für sonstige Einkaufe das Bezirkszentrum direkt 5min zu Fuß entfernt.
In die Stuttgarter Innenstadt sind es mit der S-Bahn nur 8min, und auch die Ubahn ist 6min zu Fuß entfernt.
The location of the shared apartment is excellent. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes walk). For groceries, there is a Rewe directly across the street (open until midnight) and for other groceries, the district center is directly 5min walk away.
Stuttgart city center is only 8min away by S-Bahn, and the Ubahn is also 6min by walking.
Wir führen in der WG eine sehr harmonisches und geordnetes WG-Leben. Wir kochen fast jeden Abend und gucken gemeinsam irgendwelche Serien zum Abgang des Tages. Am Wochenende geht man schon hin und wieder was zusammen unternehmen (Paint-Ball, grillen, das Heim verschönern und verbessern) und über die Woche hilft man sich gegenseitig bei den alltäglichen Belangen.
Der Eigentümer hat auch einen gemeinsamen Keller mit einem Entspannungsbereich eingerichtet, in dem wir uns treffen und Zeit mit den Mitbewohnern der anderen beiden WGs verbringen können.
We lead a very harmonious and orderly WG life. We cook almost every night and watch series together at the end of the day. On weekends we occasionally do something together (paintball, barbecue, etc) and during the week we help each other with the daily housework.
The owner has also set up a shared basement with a relaxation area where we can meet and spend time with roommates from the other two WGs :)
Das Zimmer wäre bereits Ende September frei, wir können uns auf einen Transfer nach Ihren Bedürfnissen einigen :)
