Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Luisa mit Ihrem Freund zusammenzieht müssen wir uns von ihr verabschieden und wir sind jetzt auf der Suche nach dir!
Auf 24 m hast du genügend Platz, dich kreativ zu entfalten und es dir gemütlich zu machen.
Mit zwei Fensteren und mit schönem Blick bist du direkt im Grünen und hast das hellste Zimmer der WG!
In die Küche haben wir alles was du brauchen kannst, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und zwei Kühlschränke!
Einen Garten sowie Ein Balkon haben wir auch, somit sind wir für die Grill Saison ausgestattet ☀️⛱️

Our roomate Luisa is moving in with her boyfriend so sadly she will be leaving us.
Room is spacious with 24sqm, perfect for a small studio bedroom! It has parquet flooring and a large window facing west, having all day plenty of light and beautiful view of the trees and sunset.
Room is rented unfurnished.
Long term rent, minimum one year..Date of moving is 1st of may.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, two freezers, sandwich press, coffee machine and Soda stream.
We have a garden for usage too, it is shared with all four apartments in the house but rarely other neighbours are using it.
Unsere Lage ist perfekt wir sind nur 10 Minuten von Mitte entfernt und trotzdem haben wir eine ruhige Lage mit großen Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Edeka, Rewe, Alnatura und Aldi sind 6 Minuten zu Fuß und alles was du brauchst ist in Degerloch zu finden.
Zur Haigst Zacke Haltstelle und den schönen Blick auf Stuttgart sind wir 5 Minuten entfernt und auch zu UBahn Weinsteige sind wir 6 Minuten entfernt.
Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden und kosten nix! 🅿️🚙

Location of this WG is perfect because of the city closeness.. This WG is located right between the Weinsteige and Degerloch U-Bahn/Bus stations, both of which can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The nearest Zacke station is 3 minutes away and the night bus stops right outside the door, which makes it perfect after night out in the city when U-Bahn doesn’t drive. :)
It takes about 10 minutes with U-Bahn to get to Stuttgart city center and half an hour to the university in Vaihingen.
The district is very quiet and safe, surrounded by beautiful nature.
There are shopping facilities at the Degerloch U-Bahn station; Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, Tegut.
The Waldau sports park and Stuttgart TV tower are a 15-minute walk away.
Free parking is available along Weinsteige.
Wir sind eine Gruppe aus Studenten und Berufseinsteigern und sind auf der Suche nach einer Person, die zuhause authentisch und aufgeschlossen ist und der sucht einen neuen Zuhause, wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen beim Kochen oder auf ein Kaffee trinken in der Balkon, ab und zu unternehmen wir was zusammen in die Stadt, wir sind kein Zweck-WG und wir wollen das so behalten.
So kürz zu uns,
Petra ist 26 jahre alt, unternimmt alles mögliche, sie ist immer da zum quatschen oder eine Runde in die Stadt zu gehen, sie arbeitet beim Pflegedienst. Sie geht gerne Urban Exploring und freut sich auch auf Gesellschaft. Sie startet fast alle neue Projekte in die WG.
Zachi ist 23 Jahre alt, studiert Agrarwissenschaften an der Uni Hohenheim, geht gerne Radfahren und ist auch für sonstige sportliche Aktivitäten zu haben. Ausserdem leitet er unseres Tomatenprojekt.
Mahmoud ist 29 Jahre alt, kommt aus Ägypten, frisch von Studium in dem Berufsleben eingestiegen, er geht gerne skaten, Fußball spielen und baden. Er kocht auch viel leckeres Essen und freut sich wenn er jemand findet zum kosten.
Unsere Vemieter sind eher jung und sehr unkompliziert und haben sich bis jetzt um alle aufkommenden Angelegenheiten gekümmert.
Matress and Desk are also availabe if needed.
Our Landlords are nice young people which are always a hand in case of anything related to the flat.
Internationals are more than welcome :)
