Ich habe in meiner ETW ein Zimmer mit 16qm zu vermieten. Vormieter - Nichtraucher- war 7 Jahre bei mir.Ich selber bin Raucher. Bevorzugt an WE-Pendler
Leider ohne Bett und ohne Couch. Aber eine neuwertige Couch soll ich von meinem Sohn bekommen.
Im Zimmer Kabel TV- und Internetanschluss, eigener Kühlschrank im Zimmer nebenan. Mitbenutzung vollausgestattete Küche sowie Bad selbstverständlich.
In unmittelbarer Nähe Bäcker, kleine Kneipe, Apotheke, Schreibwaren, Bushaltestelle.
Zum ALDI ca 1km, zum EDEKA ca 3km, zur PH Ludwigsburg ca 4 Autokilometer. Die PH ist auch per Bus und Bahn zu erreichen, aber etwas zeitaufwendig, weil 2x Umsteigen
. Meine Wohnung liegt in 71732 Tamm-Hohenstange.
Ich bin schwer gebehindert. Und da mein Sohn kaum zu erreichen ist, solltest Du bereit sein, für mich einmal die Woche einzukaufen, wie es der Vormieter auch war.
Ich bin ein sehr ruhiger Typ, aber etwas chaotisch.
Der Mietpreis liegt bei 200.- Euro pauschal.bzw. 250.-bei Mitbenutzung eines zweiten Zimmers
mit ca. 12qm
Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage kann evtl. dazugemietet werden.
