Das angebotene Zimmer ist Teil eines großen Einfamilienhauses, welches am Stadtrand Berlins im Bezirk Teltow liegt. Es gibt einen großen Garten, eine große Küche, insgesamt sechs Schlafzimmer, dazu 2 Bäder, 1 Toilette und ein schönes Wohnzimmer, welches zum Garten hinausführt.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 20 qm groß und befindet sich im Souterrain. Es hat zwei große Fenster, welche zum hauseigenen Garten hinauszeigen. Im selben Geschoss befindet sich eine private Toilette, sowie ein separater eigener Zugang zum Garten. Zu den restlichen gemeinsamen Räumen wie Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer hat man Zugang über das Treppenhaus.

The rooms we offer are in a house on the outscirts of Berlin, in Teltow. The house has a nice garden where we will also grow vegetables and fruits, a small garage for our bycicles, two parking spots for cars (which we don't use, yet), one big kitchen, a big living room, 6 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilette in the basement.
This room has a bit more than 20 qm. It is located in the basement with a nice carpet floor. To the rooms belongs a private toilet as well as a separate door to access and leave the house. You can reach the other common-used rooms like living room, kitchen or bathroom through the staircase.

Los cuartos en cuestión se encuentran localizados en una casa en la frontera de Berlin: Teltow. La casa cuenta con un jardín espacioso, cocina grande, gran sala de estar con puerta directa al jardín. En total hay seis cuartos, 2 baños completos, y un baño de visitas.
Das Haus befindet sich direkt hinter der Stadtgrenze Berlins. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Bahnhof Teltow sind es nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort fährt der RegionalExpress in 15 Minuten zum Potsdamer Platz.
Der S-Bahnhof ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Supermarkt, Apotheke oder Post sind auch in der Nähe.
Zur FU sind es 35 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The house is located in a calm area, with nature only one street away. To the next train station (Bahnhof Teltow) it takes you 7 min to walk. From there you will make it in 15 minutes to the city center (Potsdamer Platz).
The next S-Bahn (Teltow) is also just 10 min away.
Supermarket, pharmacy and post office are close, too.
You will reach FU within 35 minutes by bike.

La naturaleza está tan solo una calle te distancia.
Los supermercados y la pharmacia estan muy cerca también.
En bicicleta son solo 35 minutos hasa la universidad de Berlìn (FU).
Wir möchten gerne eine 7er-Wg ins Leben rufen, in der sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Momentan sind wir vier Studierende.
Wir haben Lust auf ein schönes, entspanntes Zusammenleben mit z.B. gemeinsamen Spiel- und Kochabenden.
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, vor allem in Küche und Bad. Mit dabei ist ein Cockerspaniel, welcher ebenfalls im Haus leben wird.
Es soll definitiv keine Zweck-Wg werden. Gesucht werden deshalb Menschen, die z.B. gemeinsam min Garten ein Gemüsebeet anlegen möchten, zusammen ins Kino gehen oder generell gerne unter Menschen sind. Natürlich darf jeder Mitbewohner auch einfach seine Zimmertür schließen und für sich sein.

We are founding a WG with 6 bedrooms. We are currently four students and one Cockerspaniel.
We want to live together without stress, which is why we would like to have meetings of the WG inhabitants on a monthly basis. That is why we are looking for people that are up to different things, which can include but are not limited to: growing vegetables in the garden, going to cinemas or going to other cultural activities together, etc. Of course, everybody is allowed to "seek refuge" in his/her own room by just closing the door.
Asides from that we consider cleanness to being an important pillar of living together.
Kontaktieren könnt ihr uns, indem ihr einen kleinen Text über euch per E-Mail an sendet. Da generell eine große Nachfrage herrscht, kann es ein zwei Tage dauern, bis wir antworten werden. Bitte im Betreff „Einfamilienhaus“ angeben. Zur Zeit sind alle Wg-Mitglieder außerhalb Berlins, ein Kennenlernen wird deshalb voraussichtlich über Skype o.ä. geschehen.
