Im März wird unser Wg-Zimmer frei und Du kannst einziehen. Hier ist eine arbeitstätigen Wg., auch Studenten, Auszubildene, Pendler passen rein, wir sind entspannt u wohnlich, keine Party-Wg.
Der Putzplan wird wöchentlich im wechsel bzw. arbeitsteilig in teamwork erledigt. Mehr per Mail & dann am Telefon...
Die Vereinbarung der Mietzeit nach Absprache, min. 3 Monate.
Gern auch jemanden der/die nicht permanent in der Wohnung lebt, öfters unterwegs ist oder pendelt oder seinen Hauptwohnsitz anderswo hat. Die Miete ist bei nicht Vollbelegung verhandelbar, und kann entsprechend kleiner als angegeben ausfallen...
