Ideal gelegen am Stadtrand von Toulouse, hat direkten Zugang zu den Bypass. Das Gebiet ist nur fünf Minuten vom Flughafen Toulouse Blagnac, dem Capitol und der Autobahn entfernt.
Der Rand der Garonne stehen viele Parks für Sport-und Freizeitaktivitäten, unter anderem ein Sport-Komplex mit einer Fläche von zehn Hektaren, darunter mehrere Stadien und Tennisplätze, zur Verfügung.
Seine Hauptschlagader, die "Straße Blagnac", hat viele kleine Geschäfte und ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
