Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Schrank, Bett, Regalen, Tisch und Stuhl, Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, das Bad (mit Dusche und Toilette) und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sind da. Die Küche ist möbliert.Das Zimmer selbst kann ebenfalls abgeschlossen werden. Ein Mitbewohner ist nur zeitweise aus beruflichen Gründen da, ein anderer Mitbewohner ist Student. Das Zimmer liegt zentral in der Nähe des Kurhauses. Eine Haltestelle (Bus) ist ca.5 Minuten entfernt.
Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden. Die WG ist offen und aufgeschlossen, die WG hat einen sehr netten Vermieter. Dieser ist aufgeschlossen und auch per whattsapp erreichbar. Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort zu haben. Im Moment ist es angemietet vom Sozialwerk Schwarzwald e.V. für eine ehemalige Mitarbeiterin. W-Lan ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es handelt sich um einen sanierten Altbau mit Zentralheizung. Zum Bahnhof von Triberg sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Geschäfte und eine Apotheke sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso ein Supermarkt.
