The room is very nice and bright room in a house (the flat is composed of the two last floors of the house). This is the largest one in the flat :) It is entirely furnished. There is a large bed, couch, desk and chair, wardrobe, shelves, carpet and night-table. There are in total 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms in the flat. The kitchen is also well furnished with microwave, oven, fridge, frizzer, 4 hotplates and all the dishes. In the living room is a table, 4 chairs and shelves. There is also a washing machine in the basement. The whole flat has been renovated in Summer 2016 so it is all nice.
The house in shared into two, on the first floor is a very nice couple. The two last floors belong to our flat. The landlady is also really nice.
Don't hesitate to contact me for pictures of the flat ! I will put some online very soon :)
Also the 30euros for electricity would be reviewed at the end of the year, and if our consumption is inferior to what they expect, it would be less expensive !
The public transport are only about 10min by feet (you can get the train easily and they run very often).Also if you have a car or a bike it is nicer :) Shops are also close, the city center of Troidorf is really nice, you could find everything you need for sure !
The flat can welcome up to 3 persons :) At the moment, one girl and one guy are living there and they are both students. The place is really quiet and the two flatmates are French :) They can speak English, German, Spanish as well ! Also the neighbors are really nice and helpful ! This place is very close to EAC and DLR companies.
