Servus! Mein Mitbewohner wird Ende September/Anfang Oktober ausziehen und suche nach 'nen Nachmieter oder gerne auch Nachmieterin (:
Optimalerweise zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt.
Ich bin 25, Veranstaltungstechniker und viel unterwegs.
Insgesamt sinds ca. 185m², davon Wohnfläche ~140m²
Garten + Autostellplatz vorhanden und inklusive
Miete beläuft sich bei 390,- €, dazu kommt noch ca. 50 Euro für Strom, Internet und GEZ

Gasteig, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von Trostberger Stadtmitte entfernt
man hat es ruhig und idyllisch, und ist trotzdem gleich in der Stadt!
Im Winter kommt der Räumdienst.
Felder rings um das Haus herum.
Ich bin oft unterwegs, habe aber auch oft was mit Freunden zu tun - Netflix schauen, Grillparties veranstalten - solche sachen eben.
Wer gesellig und "locker drauf" ist wird sich hier bestimmt sehr wohl fühlen!
