Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.September bis spätestens zum 30. September an. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (großer Schreibtisch, 2 Stühle, Bett und Matratze, 1 großer Kleiderschrank und 2 kleinere Schränke, und 1 Bücherregal) und Teil einer WG mit insgesamt 6 Mietern. Ein Internetanschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden und in den Mietkosten miteingeschlossen. Es gibt eine Gemeinsame Küche und ein gemeinsames Badezimmer (2 Duschen, 3 Waschbecken und ein abgegrenzter Raum mit 2 Toiletten). Darüber hinaus gibt es im Wohnheim einen Waschraum, der mit einem Studentenausweis genutzt werden kann. Das Wohnheim liegt in schöner Lage im Französischen Viertel. Supermärkte wie Lidl, Edeka und andere können in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Eine Bushaltestelle mit sehr guter Verbindung zum Zentrum und zur Universität (Linien 1,4,13) ist zu Fuß in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen.
200Euro Kaution notwendig. Miete insgesamt: 240Euro + 50Euro falls der Parkplatz auch in Anspruch genommen wird

English version: Room to sublet in (6-person) student shared flat
I'm subletting my room from September 1 - September 30. The room is furnished (basic furniture: large desk, 2 chairs, bed and mattress, 1 cupboard, 1 big closet and 1 small one with shelves and a bookshelf) and part of a shared flat with a total of 6 tenants. Internet is available as well and already included in the rent. There is a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom (with 2 showers, 3 sinks, separate toilet room). The dorm is also equipped with a washing room, which can be used with a student ID. The flat is in Französisches Viertel, Tübingen. Supermarkets (e.g. Edeka, Lidl, …) and other stores can be found in 5-10' walking distance. Bus stations in 2-3' walking distance with good connection to the center and university (bus lines 1, 4, 13). 200 Euro deposit required. Total rent: 240 euro + 50 euro if the parking spot is used.
